Logged-in data is kept until you delete your account. When logged out, your birth pillars, gender and age are sent to our server for real-time chart calculation but are not stored in any database — they are discarded right after computing; the resulting "temporary chart" stays only in your own browser (localStorage) and disappears when you clear your browser. To prevent abuse we briefly record the requesting IP (rate-limiting only, cleared periodically). Chats and feedback are purged from backups within 30 days of account deletion.
你向"师父"提的问题、以及为生成回答所需的盘面结论，会发送给我们的第三方 AI 服务商（大型语言模型）来即时生成回答。这些内容仅用于当次回答，不会被用于训练模型。我们不会把你的姓名、邮箱等身份信息一并发给模型。
Your questions to "Master" and the chart conclusions needed to answer them are sent to our third-party AI provider (a large language model) to generate replies in real time. This content is used only to answer you and is not used to train models. We do not send your name or email to the model.
本服务面向成年人。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用，且我们只就学业、性情等给出正向引导，不涉及婚恋等成人话题。
This service is for adults. Minors should use it under guardian guidance; for minors we speak only to study and temperament, never adult topics.
你可邮件 hello@loshu.ai 申请导出你的数据副本。我们只使用维持登录所需的必要 Cookie 和匿名的使用统计（记录"发生了哪一步"，不含生辰姓名，绝不用于广告追踪）。
Email hello@loshu.ai to request a copy of your data. We use only the essential login cookie and anonymous usage analytics (which step happened — no birth data or names, never ad tracking).
你随时可以一键删除全部数据：登录后进「我的」页，点"删除我的账号与数据"，你的档案、对话、反馈、登录信息将被永久清除、不可恢复。这是加州 CCPA 及各地隐私法赋予你的权利。
You may delete all your data anytime: go to the "我的/Me" tab, tap "Delete my account & data". Everything is permanently erased. This honors your rights under California's CCPA and similar laws.
